Post the implementation phase, our team is at your disposal via our '24/7' ticket system and hotline. Our support team is reachable from:

Monday to Friday

  • From 8:30am till 12:00pm
  • From 1:00pm til 5:00pm

 

Our team is also available by appointment outside regular business hours and weekends.

Through the appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), we can offer this service in exceptional situations or in regular operation.
