With the Introduction our digital back office, 80% of all processes can be initially automated and can be extended up to 98% over a duration of time through the various adjustments and optimisations.

Over the years core systems are frequently enhanced through add-ons, which are also connected to the newest interfaces.
In addition to the partially redundant data storage, the core systems have been developed in old programming languages and thus block modern process algorithms.
