  • Digitalisierung des Backoffice. Welche digitalen Möglichkeiten zur Automatisierung der Prozesse in CICone sind heute und morgen möglich.
  • Next Client, Präsentation des neuen Client mit Darstellung der vielfältigen Anzeige und Ausgabemöglichkeiten (interaktive Charts), Sprachsteuerung der Software via Alexa
  • Live-Präsentation einer IoT-Abrechnung (Internet of Things) an einem konkreten Beispiel. Wie man neue Geschäftsmodelle via API- Integration in die Prozesswelt einbinden und neue Geschäftsfelder erobern kann.
