Das war unser Discovery-Day 2018: Neue innovative Ideen, neue Module und neue Integrationen und zufriedene Teilnehmer:
  • Keynote "Customer Journey 2.0 - ein Vortrag, wie sich der Kunde von heute (und morgen) das Geschäft mit einer Finanzierungsgesellschaft vorstellt und wie CIC diesen Wünschen mit Tools entgegenkommt.
  • CRM next steps, eine Vorausschau auf die neuen und integrierten Möglichkeiten, bei der Nutzung eines in das ERP-System integrierten CRM-Moduls.
  • Self-Services, Demonstration, wie self-services im B2C von Kunden in einer App-bereits benutzt werden können.
  • Pre-Approval Voucher: Präsentation des Prozesses einer Vorab-Kreditprüfung durch den Kunden im Rahmen eines bewilligten Gutscheins. Präsentation des Prozesses, z.B. in unserer App.
  • Innovative Vertragsmodelle: Ausblick aus neue Vertragsmodelle, wie pay per use, flat-rate, etc.
  • BPMN 2.0, Präsentation der Integration unserer Business Process Engine nach BPMN 2.0
  • Wie sieht der Stand der Software nach Einführung der EUDsgVo aus?
  • Digitalisierung im Backoffice: Vortrag über die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten in CICone auch das Backoffice zu digitalisieren
  • Präsentation des neuen Clients für CICone
  • Aufzeigen der Sprachsteuerung der Software in CICone
  • Präsentation der Roadmap bis 2023
